These Terms of Service ('Agreement') govern your access to the services offered by Juravenastra ('we', 'us', 'our') through our website juravenastra.com.

1. Services

We provide legal services for entrepreneurs, including consultations, document preparation, and representation. We also offer digital educational materials (infoproducts) and branded merchandise (goods).

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are as stated on our site or in a written proposal. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or as otherwise agreed. We accept the methods displayed on our site.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Legal service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance via contact form or by phone at +14168134885. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our offerings. Please review the terms below for each type of offering:

4.1 Legal Services

If you are not satisfied with a legal service delivered, you may request a refund or credit toward another service within 7 days of delivery. We will review the request, and approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days. Approved credits may be applied to future services and remain valid for 6 months. Certain retainers and flat-fee packages are non-refundable once work has commenced, as time and resources are committed on your behalf.

4.2 Infoproducts

Digital materials are available for immediate download upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales of infoproducts are final. No refunds will be issued after download access is granted. If you encounter technical issues accessing the materials, please contact us via contact form within 3 days for assistance or an exchange of the file format.

4.3 Goods

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items using the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on juravenastra.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Juravenastra or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

6. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on juravenastra.com. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
